Keep your site accurate without learning to code.
Once your site is live, Website Management covers the ongoing updates, fixes, and small changes that keep it current — under a scope we agree on upfront.
The kind of work this includes
Website Management is for the ongoing, smaller-scale work a live site needs — not a second full build. Typical requests include:
Content updates
Text changes, new services, updated hours or pricing — the things that go stale if nobody touches the site.
Image & link changes
Swapping photos, fixing a broken link, updating a button destination.
Form checks
Confirming your contact or inquiry form is still submitting correctly and reaching you.
Backups before changes
We keep a backup of your site before making updates, so a change can be undone if something goes wrong.
Troubleshooting
Diagnosing and fixing issues — a layout break, a form that stopped working, a page that won't load correctly — within the agreed scope.
Small layout adjustments
Minor spacing, sizing, or ordering changes that don't require a redesign.
Your proposal defines what's included
Every Website Management arrangement is different, so we don't publish a flat, one-size-fits-all package. Before anything starts, you'll get a written proposal that spells out:
- Exactly what work is included
- Your update allowance and how it's measured
- The price and billing arrangement
- How support requests are handled and typical turnaround
When something falls outside the scope
If a request is bigger than what's covered in your proposal — a new page, a redesign, added functionality — we'll say so upfront and send a separate quote for that work, rather than quietly stretching the original scope.
